Liked: The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with me even though I was just plain rude to them. In my defense I have some pretty substantial health problems that's no excuse for the way I treated them
Disliked: There were no bellhops and parking was terrible

Liked: It was clean, room was spacious
Disliked: Beds was too soft and bouncy, the heater unit inside the room is too noisy and old, the walls are papery so you will be waken up in the morning by the noise of adjacent room TV.

Disliked: The front office morning staff were not friendly and courteous. And the staff lady in the breakfast room had a major attitude and always in a foul mood. Was rude to other guests too.
