Disliked: No mention it was a motel, expensive for a motel. Maybe I overlooked it. AC didn’t really work

Disliked: Asked 3 times to have the room cleaned. Took 3 asked to finally get it partially done.Can’t comprehend emptying trash and refilling shampoo then don’t be a house keeper

Failed to meet mediocre expectations

Liked: The location is amazing, with great views and convenient to get to
Disliked: We booked a two queen one sofa bed suite, got charged for it, and then on arrival found we were downgraded with not enough beds and no other options were available. I had to got to Walmart to get a sleeping pad and bag. Holiday inn blamed booking.com and booking.com blamed Holiday inn. Either way we had to put a family member on the floor. Oh and then there is a surprise 12 dollar a day parking fee.
