Liked: I like that when I did make it to the hotel that the customer service was great,I can't remember the womens name who worked the night shift on 4/19/2025 keep up the good work queen,also to John and Shawna I want to say thank you for going above and beyond,cause that is how you all will keep my business

Liked: The hot tub was exceptionally good.
Disliked: Maybe the morning breakfast could begin at 6am instead of 6:30am for those of us who like to be back on the road a little earlier.

Liked: The staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. Kevin at the front desk is a gem. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue. My kids love the pool, large clean rooms, and the great variety of breakfast items available.

Excellent experience and value for...

Liked: Value for money - convinient location , wonderful staff and spacious room with bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional- and tea/ coffee was available throughout the day. Special mention of Mr.John in the reception - was very good and helpful.
Disliked: Some complimentary water bottles in the room should be provided - although I didnt use the facility - from the outside the pool area looked deserted - may be not many people actually use it.
