Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Santa Cruz

Overall had an awesome trip. Great location; lots of food options and things to do and see that are close enough to walk.

Liked: Breakfast; attentive staff; nicely furnished room. Refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Pillows not stuffed enough - head went right through.

All good --- but I...

Liked: Room was accommodating and larger than most!!!....The refrigerator did NOT freeze my food!!!...The bathtub held water!!!....There were ample towels and toiletries!!!....The breakfast offered was nourishing!!!....The TV functioned well!!!....There was a closet for my clothing!!!....There were several mirrors --- one full-length!!!....All of the appliances worked well!!!...The elevator functioned well!!!
Disliked: The parking traumatized me!!!....It was steep and dark with lots of pillars which limited the amount of space to protect my car's side-view mirrors!!!....I was worried about meeting another car entering and exiting the ramp!!!....There was always a large vehicle of some kind parked on the street right at the entrance/exit such that it was impossible to see oncoming traffic!!!.....And regarding the bathroom door --- it would not stay half-open and continued to shut no matter where I placed it!!!
