I checked in on 9/14 to room #201 and left on 9/15 - on my way back to Corpus I realized I had left clothes in the closet so I called the hotel. The Rep was very courteous and understanding but he didn't realize I had left. I did not know I had to call and check out. Quite confusing but he took care of my checkout. Excellent rating.

Disliked: The place overcharged my card so much, the people were polite and patient with the situation but I don’t know why the problem happened in the first place.
