I checked in on 9/14 to room #201 and left on 9/15 - on my way back to Corpus I realized I had left clothes in the closet so I called the hotel. The Rep was very courteous and understanding but he didn't realize I had left. I did not know I had to call and check out. Quite confusing but he took care of my checkout. Excellent rating.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room.
Disliked: Check out not clear.

Bad

Disliked: Gate to exit didn't work for the week we were there. Had to get out of the car and go ask the desk to open it.. elevator stopped working on the second day. Was out for three days. Building is run down.. no doors close properly and constant slamming. Heard a few other guest complaing about it as well. TV only had audio for half the channels. AC in room was extremely loud and didn't cool the room well.

Pleasant

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the lobby was pretty clean. The staff was really friendly and welcoming during the time we were there.
Disliked: The gate to exit was not working when I arrived so we were using the same gate to enter to exit. However, at some point during the day we had to call to get a code because our Uber driver could not get us out. The breakfast was not the best. Our elevator stopped working and overall the building was very, very hot. Thankfully, the rooms were cold but everywhere else was really hot. The room keys were also very sensitive and would stop working all the time.

Disliked: Its has a lot of humidity inside the hotel also the elevator didnt work

Liked: Nothing it was terrible
Disliked: Roaches stains all over dirty hallways

It was ok, but disappoint...

Liked: The beds were nice, showers were gritty, didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people in the room.
Disliked: The couch bed was broken and a very bad mattress no one could sleep on it they had to sleep on the floor.

Disliked: The bathroom water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold, with no intermediate range.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location nice Friendly comfortable will come back and stay at this hotel was close by to where we had to go.
Disliked: The slamming of the doors you can hear it loud. Floors to the elevator was dirty and elevator was dirty too you can see the handprints on elevator doors.
