Not placed in accessible rooms...

Liked: Rooms were clean and cleaning and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful.
Disliked: I reserved a disability access room but didnot recieve a room. So as I was registering to stay at your property I asked and was told by the curt counter person they didn't have a better room location but the shower was disabled accessible. Thus we were placed on the second floor and 3/4 the way down a long hall way. My wife who is also a state and federally registered disabled person as am I (just in case you might be questioning) were able to painfully navigate our way to our room but it made our two day stay uncomfortable. I told my wife I was going to mention our issues to management the next day but my better 1/2 reasoned with me it was most likely because the hotel was full so I bucked up. That next day I encountered a manager with a mngr. name tag NOT a cleaning staff person with a roller cart filled with bottled waters. Because we didn't receive a bottled water in our room I asked if I could have (1 bottle for our room) the manager said he was distributing them to IHG Member rooms but he could spare one. This automatically brought to mind a question to my mind "Was this the reason my wife and I were placed on the second floor and 3/4 the was down a long hall way was because we were not IHG Members?

Disliked: The room had a musty smell sometimes. Also, when the bathroom door opened, it blocked the walkway back and forth from the beds to the bathroom.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient, and it was in a good location for my needs.
Disliked: The cost! $633 for a 3 night stay is crazy!

Disliked: The housekeeping was horrible. Hair on the bed. Old toilet paper on the shelf under the sink by the hair dryer, blood spots on the wall in the bathroom , and what I feel was the worst is I had to pick up someone's clipped toenails or fingernails with a napkin off the carpet next to the bed. I won't be a returning customer.
