Exceptional

The stay was appalling

Liked: Nice looking room.
Disliked: Night side stand light bulb was out, refrigerator door didn't open without a fight, could not adjust the heat because there was no thermostat in the room and the door on the heater access panel wouldn't open ( I slept with my hoodie on), I tried to turn on the floor heater in the bathroom and the control knob came off in my hand... it was attached to NOTHING, in the morning I spoke to the person at the front desk (at 6am) and she got upset with me because I was talking to fast and made it sound like she was the victim. I unfortunately did not have time to deal with the situation and slammed the heater control knob on the desk and stormed out. Sadly, later in the morning I discovered that the two devices I had plugged in, all night, had not charged at all and they were both individually plugged into different outlets. I paid almost $300 (including tax) and what I received for my money was nothing more than a campsite with electricity and running water.

Superb

Liked: It was the perfect location for what we were in town for! Close to the Albertville Mall, which is one of the reasons we were in town. The staff was so kind and personable! My teenager was the first to point out how nice the staff was - she said the staff was kind and went out of their way to help... unlike other places we've stayed.
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer. We were in town for a tournament and had to leave early in the morning so we didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's amenities (specifically the pool). We will be back though!
