It was less than pleasant.

Liked: Kitchen staff were extremely pleasant
Disliked: The bathroom floor was grimy, the shower was dirty. The a/c did NOT cool the room.

Nice room, loved the Toiletries, bed could have been more comfy. Overall Good Stay!

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was a huge crack in the window in the room that I was in. There were also no sheets on or for the pull out bed, When I asked the front desk we were given a bag full of pillows. Other than that it was a great trip and the hotel was good,.

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful when we needed anything. I stayed three days with two toddlers, and they loved the pool and breakfast. Our room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Only minor thing was that the pool had a little bit of a dirty ring around the inside wall and some random grass growing between cracks Very minor in the big scheme of things. We still had a wonderful stay.

Liked: There were some renovations since the last time we stayed. Theyre nice and we really liked the toiletries.
Disliked: The beds could be more comfortable; they were kind of hard.
