NBA basketball excellent; Best Western motel very close to basketball and their overall service was very good.

We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Disliked: It’s not the nicest Best Western I’ve stayed at. It was just fine. The price was through the roof due to Spring Training.

Liked: Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Hotel quiet. Staff very friendly. Great location. Loved have coffee/tea available 24/7. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave.
