Disliked: Our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire property, especially the fifth floor, was overwhelmed by a strong, unpleasant musty odor that made it impossible to feel comfortable. Even after being moved to a different room on the first floor, the smell remained unbearable and permeated our clothes. It is unacceptable for a hotel to allow such conditions, and it clearly reflects a serious lack of maintenance and care for guest comfort. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disliked: The room has a strong moldy smell.The front desk staff had a very poor attitude. The sofa bed was not prepared with blankets and pillows, and when I called to inquire, I was told to pick them up myself from the 5th floor. They refused to deliver them to my room. The tone used was impolite and cold.
