Liked: I really enjoyed the stay. I loved everything about the room: from the desk lamp, the mattress, the shades, the floor lamp, the Dove products. The breakfast was great, not sure if they still have the waffle machine; but, this particular stay I had the pancake machine. The pancakes were just as good. I even appreciated the 3 hour breakfast window. I also loved the staff attentiveness to the chat-messages before my arrival.
Disliked: I would appreciate the "incidentals" charges to be noted UPFRONT, prior to arrival. It was presented at check-in.

Comfortable, accessible and quiet rooms....

Liked: Good location, quiet and comfortable rooms, plus super clean. I like the IHG experience overall.

Pleasant

Liked: Booked a double bed room for 40$ more a night. And was told it wasnt available i had to take the cheaper room for the same price. Will never use booking again customer service is zero.
Disliked: This websites customer service availability
