Disliked: When I made the reservation it said pet friendly it did not say that it would cost $50 the price for a week and I only stayed one night! I usually look to stay at Holiday Inn’s when I travel but from now on I will call ahead to find out how much more it would cost to have a pet. I’m sure I could have found a better deal but my travel mate was so tired I wasn’t going to look somewhere else for them. I suggest you put your pet price on bookings.com. Otherwise it was an amazing experience. Breakfast was super good and staff were very sweet and helpful

Disliked: This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I slept like garbage. Pool was over capacity and no towels either day. Main level hall slick with water as there were no towels. Pool was foggy. Childrens skin/eyes was burning.

The stay was adequate but...

Liked: The size of the room was adequate, the location of my suite.
Disliked: The fact that most of outlets where worn and couldn’t fit a power plug, that there was used floss under the seat and my kids picked them up. The fact that I was charged a deposit by booking.com and again by the hotel at arrival.
