Disliked: They had nothing at the snack bar but water, Diet Coke and a few chips. They were out of everything else. The ac barely kept the room cool. Nothing was up to Holiday Inn Express standard! I will never go back and honestly paid wayyyy too much for the room. Glad it was only one night.

Liked: The water from sink faucets lacked pressure/volume. Shower was very good.Refrigerator was inoperable—no cooling even when dialed high, though freezer did work. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: The room had dirt and dust everywhere.The coffee pot was nasty. Had to clean tables and coffee maker in order to use them. The sofa bed was covered in stains and had a slight smell. Carpeting needs to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom had a faucet leaking on top so anything u put on the counter got soaking wet. There was no ice available at any of the ice machines. Extremely hot outside and no ice for our water or sodas. Booked 4 nights but only had to stay 1 as our power was restored at home. We were not offered any refund when they were told this.Will not stay there again.
