Disliked: Not very clean, no hairdryer in room, phone in the room didn’t work and could hear the people above us at 2:0 in the morning.

Disliked: The front office manager Kim and her condescending snarky snippy attitude. The fact it was under renovation and we weren’t ever made aware. The rooms are old things falling apart stains on the ceiling. I made complaints every day and was told I would her a free night stay and still nothing from booking or the property this was my 50th bday 5 day stay and it was an nightmare

Disappointing

Disliked: The staff member who checked us in complained the entire time. We had arrived at the hotel an hour or so early because we had been under the impression it was an earlier check-in time. When we arrived the nice woman at the desk said that it was early and the room wasn't going to be ready for a little.. no big deal. But when we arrived again to check in, there was another woman at the desk who just complained about everything. It was unprofessional. We even heard her doing it to someone else who checked in later on. It left a sour taste in our mouth and we barely barely wanted to walk past her while we were there. Also for the price that we paid, half of the building was under construction. It just wasnt what we were expecting, and it may not be a place we stay again.

VERY comfortable.

Liked: The sheets are incredibly soft. I wish I knew their trick! I slept so well on that bed. Wow. The location is perfect for any trip to the mountains too.
Disliked: There were some refurbishments being done and the pool looked like it could use some love.
