Liked: u like that they double booked my room. but definitely worked fast to remove this issue they put me and my husband in a double room suite and also took money off our stay also had a dozen of yellow roses and a beautiful card for our anniversary

overall we like Holiday Inn...

Liked: fairly quiet. did not like one day when at 6 am the staff attempted to enter our room ( mistakenly she thought we were gone) and it scared us thankfully we had the latch on the door. really scared us. She was told we were gone. She did apologize several times.
Disliked: not entering our room at 6 am while we were in there. when are they going to finish the rehab project it has been years! not enough seating for breakfast crowd. staff were very nice but the communication between them needs work. why are staff multitasking? Hire a real contractor to complete construction not the maintenance man! Did not like we could not obtain IHG points due to using Booking.com

Very Nice for the Money

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Leslie, the person working in the room, was helpful and very nice. Food was very good. The bedroom was spacious and beds comfortable. The rooms needed some TLC, but overall, nice.
Disliked: Shower head did not work well and the heating units was not functioning like it should.
