Very good

A very nice facility.

Liked: The facility is very clean and well kept. There are some "extras" I really appreciate, such as the large vanity in the bathroom so you actually have room to put your cosmetics, meds etc. The bed was very comfortable, the tv had a great variety of channels and the room contained anything you needed. The person who helped us at check in went out of his way to locate a cart for us, as we had a lot of luggage (we'd been traveling a long time). We've stayed there several times before, and will continue to do so when we travel to Milwaukee area.
Disliked: My only complaint is very small. We stayed three nights and one morning we discovered the housekeeping staff had not left us new coffee and cups. Not a big deal, we just went to the desk and got them.

Liked: Breakfast was incredible....so many good choices for kids and adults.....loved it.Everytime something became low in supply---there was someone filling it up again---how nice it that...thank you.Enjoyed making pancakes with our granddaughter---she thought it was the greatest thing ever.
Disliked: Not quite sure why there wasn't any vending machines for soda-water-or snacks.....it's nice to have the convenience of having a vending machine available any time of the day or night. If vandalism is stopping hotels from having vending machines...why can't the hotel add extra cameras on them to catch the culprits? Just saying.

Liked: This hotel was in a convenient location, clean, and had a great pool/hot tub. The beds were VERY comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
Disliked: The fireplace that was in the pictures was not a working fireplace, it was unfortunately one of the reasons I booked this place :/ The breakfast was okay - I wish there were more meat options.

Pleasant and quiet, except for...

Liked: Room was very spacious. Well lit hallways.
Disliked: Kids were running up and down the hallway, close to midnight, then they knocked on my door one time. I called the front desk twice.

Liked: The staff was very nice, I forgot my tiny Airpods, and the next day after my check out I call in and they had them for me, that was so good of them
Disliked: internet speed could be better

Liked: Staff was amazing! Carol was amazing BUT she doesn’t sing! Lol Room service was on top of everything.
