Liked: The breakfast was good and staff was nice.
Disliked: The pool was the most disgusting pool i have ever seen. You couldn’t see to the bottom of the pool in 3 foot water because it was so dirty. You could see filth floating in the pool. The hot tub was closed. I called ahead specifically to ensure the poolAnd whirl pool were working. It was the only reason we took our kids to a hotel. The second day, the pool was completely closed. I ended up letting my 5 and 7 yr old play in the work out room because it was a complete bust of a visit. The room was also questionable. The sink was clogged upon arrival. Every time we used it, we had to wait 5 minutes for it to drain. I brought all this to the front desk. Two different employees said they would put 5-6,000 extra points on my rewards to make up for the crappy stay and they never did. They also said they would have the gm call me when they got in, and he/she never did.

Liked: Honestly, there was nothing we liked. I had to call customer service to complain EVEN AFTER contacting the front desk at least 5 times about these issues...I was charged twice and the heat wasn't working!!
Disliked: We didn't like ANYTHING. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The Hot tud didn’t work and they don’t have rules, also they put many people in the pool area and they are not staying there.

Liked: Convenient; family friendly . Pool was very inviting for families to play & socialize.
Disliked: Very poor maintenance; needed upgrades. No signs when you get off of elevator indicating which direction rooms are; bathroom fixtures broken & rusty (I took pictures). Paint peeling, cobwebs in room. No breakfast available (or rather, I couldn’t find where it was)
