Disliked: Cannot think of anything. Great experience both times we have stayed at the Marina Holiday Inn Express.

Liked: It was peaceful and fair priced. It was nice all around and felt like vacation.
Disliked: I felt like the housekeeping should not take the money off the counter until I leave. Also, front desk staff was not rude or unkind, but they were not friendly either. And they don't answer the phone. Lol. Oh, and on the third floor, the doors slam shut.

Liked: Upgraded faucets
Disliked: Holiday Inn has decided to charge $20 for early check-in. I find this an egregious means to extort on customers. Checking in early was the one service accommodation I enjoyed from Holiday Inn.

Disliked: loud, lotta early morning street noise, people above us running around, screaming in the early hours. did not get a lot of sleep. not the hotels fault , a quieter room would have made this an all around excellent stay
