Did not offer any compensation...

Liked: Room was clean friendly staff
Disliked: Limited breakfast due to oven being broke. Was told that oven has been broken for over 2 weeks. Cost us at least $25 every morning for breakfast.

Crappy owners don’t waste time!

Liked: Not a thing!
Disliked: Put my family out for having a service dog and refused to give me my money back, had 6 kids and husband with me. Wasn’t even in our room 30 minutes before they told us our $5,000 certificated service animal would need to stay in the car even though he assist with medical issues! Never would stay here!
