Liked: Clean and soft beds
Disliked: Elevevators did not work. Hulling suit cases 3 stairs was hard. Booked a bath spa. On line said it had one. Paid extra for it. Got to room. Complained . they said no rooms dont spa baths.

Miserable rooms average at the...

Liked: The location of the facility. The staff who checked us in was helpful and friendly. The food at breakfast was good.
Disliked: Get rid of the mice and the attitude of the managers. My daughter had to change rooms at 11:00 a.m. mice running around in the room. When I requested compensation for the room I was told by two staff personnel that they would have the manager(s) call me. That hasn't happened. You lost a customer and those who will ask me about my stay. The elevator was inoperable.
