Liked: Clean room. Everything works.
Disliked: Freeway on one side, arterial roadway on the other. Can't escape road noise.

Disappointed. Messed up reservation. Room...

Liked: Coffee was good.
Disliked: Egg white olmlett was cold, dry. Biscuits and gravy was tasteless and pasty. Pork sausage was waaay overcooked. Wouldn't try pancakes because batter was stored inside of machine. Too warm. Batter should be stored in cold temp.

Liked: Love that they have breakfast! The man at the counter who upgrades was awesome! He was Indian I believe and his name started with a J. Wasn’t one I have heard before. He was super personable and friendly! Very nice man.
Disliked: Need more breakfast and drink ideas.

Liked: The desk woman was excellent when she checked us in at 8 pm . She is an asset to your company. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: There was a light above the wardrobe that didn't turn off. We looked and looked for a light switch. It made for a bad night of sleep and hard to deal with our very busy day because we were so tired. To

Disliked: The hotel was filthy. The room stank of pot, the toilet had poop on the lid, the room was falling apart. I have no idea how it is so highly rated. Arrived at 2 in the morning and no other rooms available. Desk staff was rude.
