Liked: Loved the bed, location, cleanliness of the room, & that they came in and freshened up our room for our 2 night stay.

Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: The toilet seat seemed to have some smear on it from im not sure what. There was a major gap between the floor and the door to the hallway, and there were handprints on the headboard. The tub was ridiculously slick and thank God there was a mat for it.

Liked: Ease of travel, Clean and Comfortable

Very comfortable and convenient.

Liked: The breakfast was great. Grateful that I could pack it up for later since I had to leave by 6:30 and was not hungry yet.
Disliked: The price online was less than walk in price and I had to do it online to get the lower price while standing in the lobby. Wish they could just match the price.

Liked: Breakfast was not available. There was a counter with bagels
Disliked: I was peacefully sleeping (had requested a late check out) but got woken up to housekeeping beating on the door at 10:00. This was a huge problem as I am up late working. Very upsetting as I clearly communicated with front desk.
