Liked: The breakfast was amazing and had a variety of items to choose from. The staff was exceptional and always asked if we needed help. Very impressed with customer service care.
Disliked: We were truly disappointed that the pool was not available. The main reason I picked this hotel was that there was a pool and breakfast. Desk person stated it was on the website but I stated I didn’t see that anywhere on the site. We almost canceled but decided to just stay there as we didn’t know what other place was available. Other than that the stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and nice
