Liked: Service was great; staff were very friendly and always willing to help with a smile; our room was clean and a nice size. Looking forward to staying there next time.

Staff was very nice and helpful with our visit to the area. The fire alarm did go out twice during our stay but they had crews working on their water lines. There was a faint odor that we can't place. I think it might have been from the industrial facilities behind the hotel. Breakfast was great :)

Convenient for travellers that are...

Liked: Convenient location that is walking distance to downtown and 20 minutes drive from the airport.
Disliked: Little power points available for resident to use. Will be great to have more power points especially near the bed. Fan for air con is loud and there is on and off engine sound

Liked: The staff were all friendly, the hotel was clean, large room, good breakfast, and a location within walking distance to where we needed.

Great for Stadium Events

Liked: The location is ideal for events at Lucas Oil stadium or downtown Indianapolis. There were decent breakfast foods available and a well stocked convenience store. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and kept clean. We visited for the 2025 Drum Corps International competition and were able to easily get to the events, as well as getting a glimpse of the backstage activities outside of the stadium.
Disliked: We requested a stadium facing room, which we got. We didn't realize how much traffic noise can be heard in the room. At times it seemed like the window was open even though it was closed.
