I have been to many hotels all around the United States and even some outside of the United States. This hotel was by far the best. The rooms were as clean as could be. They really looked brand new. The staff was wonderful. Just a great hotel overall.
Liked: Best hotel stay I have ever stayed in.

A little pricey, but overall...
Liked: Clean, comfortable, great location.
Disliked: Small things: rowdy junior high kids in the pool scared my grandkids away. And they ran out of cinnamon rolls at breakfast and didn’t replace.

Glad I only stayed one...
Liked: Conveniently located for us to stay at for a wedding.
Disliked: Electrical wires exsposed near ceiling above bed one. Husband works in construction, says room should never be rented out with those wires exposed. Mirror in bathroom so high, that when I was standing in front of it, I could only see my eyes and forehead! Pretty useless for doing my makeup and hair.

Not staying here ever again.
Liked: Breakfast was acceptable, room was functional but not the cleanest or most comfortable.
Disliked: The room could have been better cleaned, I found some random plastic thing on the floor by the bed/nightstand. The sofa bed we used for my toddler was extremely thin and uncomfortable but staff were gracious to give us more blankets to cushion it better. The worst part has been the customer service after we left - it has literally been a nightmare trying to get our receipt for insurance to pay. I've called about 8 times, different days in a row, left a voicemail, and sent an email. I have had no response, except the first day where they said they would send it to me via email and that never happened. It has been frustrating and I will not be staying here again.
