It was ok, would only...

Liked: The staff was amazing. The breakfast was nice and stocked! and also the laundry!
Disliked: The rooms were not clean at all. the bathroom smelled of mildew and the floors were not mopped. Used a towel to wipe up some water in the kitchen and it turned black from all the dirt and grim on the floor

I will not stay there...

Liked: It seemed clean enough. Location was good.
Disliked: Found a single live bed bug on cloth shower curtain while taking a shower the morning of check out. Showed staff, including management - their responses were apologetic with a statement from the manager that she couldn’t reimburse me or discount my bill because it was booked through a booking agency.
