Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fredericksburg

Not impressed

Liked: Room key didn't work. Had to go back down to reception and get someone to come up. Waited while others had the same problem. Next morning absolutely no hot water...not even warm. Ice cold shower! Had the option if staying here on my return trip and I chose a different hotel.

Liked: Room, staff and location were very good. Easy check in and check out. Staff very helpful and friendly.Bed was very good. Shower and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: The rooms need better sound proofing. The A/C heater is very noisy when it comes on.

Disliked: Too noisy, you could hear noise from everywhere.
