Liked: The accommodation was great, room was clean.
Disliked: Staff members were not helpful. We booked Thru here and they tried to charge us the regular rate 295$ when we had our reservation. While this was sorted out. They double charged my card for 2 days instead of 1 day. My check in was 3pm and we checked in at 6pm. My check out was at 11am and we checked out at 10:40am. Called this morning to figure out the situation and I was told to call back at 12pm to talk to the manager. This is simply unacceptable.

Liked: The location was safe. It was located around a lot of businesses. Place was clean and the facilities were nice.
Disliked: The staff at the front desk were very ambivalent. Friendly, but not overly helpful.
