Overall it was an average hotel. We stayed one night after a concert. The bathroom door handle was broken and wouldnt lock and our room also smelled a bit like smoke. When we went to get breakfast in the morning, it was already gone and cleaned up before we even got a change to eat. The staff was friendly. Even though we were in a rougher part of town I still felt safe at our hotel.
Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke

Liked: The beds were amazing, so comfy and the staff was super helpful. My room was super clean. I will stay again if I travel to Columbus.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the area I was in. It was literally the slums of Columbus. As soon as I checked in the police where at the hotel running after someone.

Liked: Recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Staff memebers with an exception to the housekeepers were not friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work. The area surrouding the property is sketchy after dark.

Good business hotel, bad customer...
Liked: The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient location
Disliked: Check-in was laborious. I came up from a different part of the state to visit my central office. Because the office was in Columbus, the person behind the check-in desk said they could not rent to me as they were a business hotel and did not provide rooms to people who lived within 50 miles. I had to pull up my companies website to show my position for proof. Also, the giant TV in the lobby was playing a sexual explicit docuseries and the person behind the counter was often just focused on the screen instead of customers. At breakfast things needed to be refilled but person could not be found.
