Exceptional

Liked: Everything was fantastic. Breakfast, staff, parking, linens, both pools!
Disliked: You can tell its a kid hotel to say the least. It had stains and things alot of places, but wasn't a make it or break it thing!

Liked: Everything was very accommodating the kids loved the pool, breakfast was above and beyond would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will likely stay there again!
Disliked: There was one thing which really was not a big deal they have posted no one under 18 allowed in hot tub. I do not mind the kids in the hot tub if there are no adults in it. But when adults want to go in they should have to vacate the hot tub.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Clean room. A lot of space. We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay until this last time.
Disliked: Kids in the pool with water guns. Shooting other people plus my children in the face with them. At times directly in their eyes. When it was brought to hotel staffs attention by multiple people we were all told there is no rules against having them. Someone was smoking in the hallway and when stuff was alerted nothing was done. When my kids were in the lobby they touched the mouse on the public computer and PORN was open on the computer. Overall this stay was awful and we were not impressed in the least bit.

Liked: Breakfast was great! Lots of options and very clean/nice eating area.
Disliked: The pool area was really cool and a nice place for kids however when we were there the water seemed a little murky.

Disliked: Very easy to hear noise from surrounding rooms. It felt like someone was jumping above my room from 4.30am onwards, which made it hard to sleep. Also, seems like there is a train track nearby. and the train horn was just blaring non-stop. - need better sound proofing

Liked: The elevator sounded as if it was in need of repair. There were stains in the room, water damage on walls and the door didn’t close properly. The pool area has seemed to be declining as well with visible rust on the underside of the slide. This was a destination for my daughter to have a quick overnight using pool area on a quick break from school, but over the years it looks as though there has been even little maintenance to maintain the facilities. We will not be back for the pool after this last time.
