Liked: They were pet friendly. I had to come out of state for a funeral and they were the only hotel in Elkins that was pet friendly.

Disappointed the pool and hot...

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were closed. The biggest reason for picking this property over the others was a hot tub to use. A hot tub location is important to us for a ski trip. Had we known the hot tub was unavailable then we would have picked a less expensive property.

Overall it was adequate.

Disliked: The hot tub was out of order. The whole reason we stayed at this hotel was due to the pool and hot tub for the grandchildren to use. When the hot tub was out of order it took away from the whole stay. We arrived Friday at 3pm and was told the hot tub would not be fixed until Sunday.
