Great people, nothing worked right

Liked: Front desk ladies were amazing
Disliked: Tv did not work in the room, no one on-site to fix it, water in the shower was not hot

Disliked: Loud. Large hold on my credit card

Ditch booking.com, call the hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was tops, the employees were 10/10. The whole hotel was clean and orderly. I will absolutely stay again, but will book directly with the hotel next time.
Disliked: The hotel did absolutely nothing wrong. Everything about my stay was seamless and breezy. The fault lies with booking.com. Their ad for the room I booked stated it was a King Suite with 1 king, 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa. The price point was only slightly higher than a double queen with sofa, so I went for it, only to find that my actual suite had ONE King bed and a pull out sofa, which was not enough for the number of guests travelling with me. Thankfully, my mom who was also staying at this hotel, called them directly and booked double queen room, which was HUGE and had enough room for my overflow. The hotel was so accommodating, I will be staying again several times this year and can't wait to come back.

Perfect place to stay

Liked: The front desk was very friendly upon arrival and also the next morning as I left .
Disliked: It was great

Exceptional

Liked: Location.. near airport and Subway deli next door. Facilities new and clean.
Disliked: Not much I didn't like. Only negative thing I can think of was the TV channels were somewhat limited (although adequate).
