Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Duncanville

Liked: Room and breakfast.

Liked: Other than the above everything was fine.
Disliked: I was given a smoke smelling room on the third floor. The front desk exchanged that room for one on the second floor. While moving my luggage to the lower floor the elevator stalled. I had to move my stuff from the 3rd to the 2nd by the stairway.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The continental breakfast was excellent. We have decided that if we come back to Texas, we will most likely stay there again.

Liked: A nice location; easy travel to the main attractions.

Liked: Property was very clean and also quiet. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was also amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Very creepy and night ....

Liked: Very nice lady when I arrived that checked me in ! Helpful !!!! African American lady .
Disliked: Someone kept trying to come into our room last night it started around 8 o clock and happened all night . Woke us up out our sleep. Scared for our children I called the police and had them escort us to our car. The African American man with dreads on shift last night made us feel very uncomfortable and like we were making things up for all I know he seemed apart of it .

Steer Clear of Holiday Inn...

Liked: The staff was not the friendliest and joked at inappropriate times. I never got housekeeping service. So i had to recycles towels for 2 days. I'll never stay with Holiday Inn ever again. I never have an experience like this at a Marriot Brand Hotel...
