Liked: Close to airport, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: The key card readers for access to exterior doors at the back of the building were not working at all. We chose a suite with a pull out bed, there was no bedding in our room and we were told they don’t deliver to rooms, so we had to go get the bedding from the front desk.

Clean, comfortable , and great...

Liked: Tammy at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted us in straightening out a reservation for a second night. All staff were courteous and offered great service. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered many options.

Non-Responsive Staff and Management

Disliked: We booked a non-refundable rate and a few minutes later realized the error and attempted to have it reversed or addressed. Repeated efforts went unanswered. I can’t speak to the property but can not recommend the staff or mgt as they don’t respond to/thru Booking so perhaps they shouldn’t list on this site.
