Disliked: The fold out couch was super uncomfortable and we had to put the mattress on the floor.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to the Historical district . Breakfast was better than the last two Holiday Inns I stayed in.
Disliked: The bathroom door had liquid stains and in properly cleaned . The tables had something dried on them , there was only the bathroom trash can and no bags in it. The heater/AC unit whistled all night. The floor elevator buttons that summon the elevator for down or up worked intermittently, third floor down button averaged 7 pushes to activate. One of the elevators was in the process of being removed so the cleaning staff would play availability games with the patrons..
