Liked: During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and the warm hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the modern amenities one could ask for.

Liked: This property should have at least a 4 Star rating. It provides all the amenities, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, free parking, etc. That you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The staff are very helpful and friendlyI would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family. It has been very well maintained.Thank you to Dev for really understanding my situation and being very supportive.

Good value for legoland trip

Liked: Staff was nice, complimentary breakfast was limited in options but the woman running it was so kind and on top of her game— constantly refilling and working hard. Quiet hours were a plus
Disliked: Lots of national guard using the hotel which isn’t the problem ofc, ty for your service. But they all left like 4am on the weekend and they slammed their doors upon leaving the room which violated quiet hours and woke me up several times. Also, some other guests made the hallway smell like weed but beyond that the hotel was great. Wish housekeeping had come to my room though to make bed and replenish towels despite only being a two night stay for legoland

Liked: This was my second time staying at this Holiday Inn. I stay when I take my grandson to Legoland. It's a short 7-minute ride. It's very clean, reasonably priced. Great location, close to places to eat and shop. Safe, especially if traveling alone.Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There's also a small vending area where you can get snacks or frozen foods, water, etc. The bathroom has regular size shampoo, conditioner, body wash , and body lotion. One of my favorites is the breakfast. They have vegetable omelet as well as cheese omelets, which are very good, as well as other options like cereal, toast, waffles, sausage and turkey patties, juices, tea and coffee. The bedrooms are a nice size, there is a keurig coffee machine with Tea and Coffee. The beds are very comfy. It's also very quiet so you get a good night sleep.Over all very nice stay.
