Nice room, but service not...

Liked: Room is beautiful, shower is amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: Nobody came into the room to empty trash, replace towels, etc. Had to ask 3 times. Finally I asked the housekeeping person to come into the room because apparently front desk staff didn't do what we asked. Our trash was overflowing and we were completely out of towels. Very disappointed in that aspect.

Disliked: Carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed and I saw debris in front of dresser and under AC that was from other guests

Disliked: TV channel selection was quite limited. I wasn't able to watch NHL Stanley Cup playoffs

Liked: Leanne at the front desk was so nice and helpful and even recommended a great restaurant for me and my mom. The room was super clean the shower was nice and clean and roomy. The bed was the most comfortable and the sheets were like velvet. Breakfast was amazing they even had bacon available.
