Liked: Location and staff were great
Disliked: Parking lot is poorly designed. If you don't get one of the 6 spots in front none of the other parking spots are near a doorway so your walking. Not a huge deal but I had several suitcases I had to lug all the way around to get to the elevator. The breakfast was good but for 3 days they had no plates. Luckily I had my own. Front staff said they needed to order paper plates.....there is a grocery store across the street. Can't you just buy an emergency pack?

Don't reserve this hotel!

Liked: The breakfast area was trashed and dirty everywhere and did not have adequate and appropriate seating and tables. The back entry door did not work. Garbage overflowing exterior trash cans. A plugged bathroom sink that would not drain in 10 hours. Room key cards that failed and took 2 different re-keyings to work. No hand towels in room amd no room cleaning. In an operation room a leaking pipe visible to the public. And the pool was abused by a large contingent of families on a Saturday leaving the water yellow-green and clearly impacted by children's urination with trash left all around the pool. The staff was mostly kind, but this facility isn't being maintained to a standard a traveler would expect.
Disliked: The manager's of this facility have allowed this previously nice hotel to degrade.

Disliked: Beginning to look a bit run down. Chopped paint. No tissues in the room and staff reporting that tissues are not available in the facility. The rear exterior door broken- could not access it from outside so had to walk around the building to get in. It was cold, windy and late at night.
