Disliked: We arrived at 9:30 pm, after 12 hours of airports and airplanes to find a darkened building and a sign on the front door reading: "We are closed for renovations and all reservations are cancelled . . ." Needless to say, we were not happy that: 1) apparently, neither Holiday Inn nor Booking,com has a mechanism to notify reservation holders that their "reservation" no longer exists; and 2} there is no recourse for the travellers who have been left high and dry, We will not be using either Booking.com nor Holiday Inn again and will counsel everybody we know to do likewise.

Disliked: When we arrived the hotel was closed for renovations and we never even received an email letting us know that. Luckily we were able to find another hotel with availability and in our price range.

Facility was a disappointment and I have requested a full refund. No response from management yet.

Liked: I can't really think of any positive feedback.
Disliked: Entire lobby was under renovation, 3 big rips in the room darkening shade, allowing light to pour in from the parking lot all night, trash left in room from previous guests, NO HOT WATER at all.

Liked: Close to the facility
Disliked: It was under construction. They assigned us a room with luggage in it and then upgraded us. No they didnt. It was the same room. The rooms were dingy. I was told by staff there were no working ice makers. The pool was drained and gross.
