Liked: Everything was great. I forgot the employees name but he was so kind and very helpful. Had great customer service.

Liked: The rooms are very nice, very clean. The whole area is nice and even though its close to the airport, the noise is minimal (because its a small airport). We appreciate the microwave, sm fridge, free wifi, and free, easy parking. Very close to the ocean
Disliked: This isnt a negative but there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. But Mckinleyville and Arcata are both close by and Arcata especially has great shops and great restaurants.

Beautiful location, spacious room, wasn't...
Liked: Clean room, plenty of space for a family of 5. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfy

Disliked: Heat/Ac didn’t work, hairs on bathroom floor, on sheet, bug in bathroom. Overall just not a clean place

Love the location. Good staff....
Liked: Good breakfast, esp for a chain hotel. Many choices. Hot food hot. Clean facility.
Disliked: Couldn't get our "regular" room but staff was helpful in locating another (I'm very sound sensitive and was hoping for our "normal" room but understand it's not always possible.
