a very comfortable place to...

Liked: shower was nice, bed comfortable, overall very quiet, convenient
Disliked: could hear the noise of other people using the shower in other rooms, commodes, etc, at times pretty loud, but did not hear voices of others

Liked: Convenient location for visiting family. Beds were clean and nice pillows. Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Sat, waiting for someone to check us in for 12 minutes, then he barely spoke to me. So many lightbulbs out in elevator it was almost pitch black.
