The first 2 nights were...

Liked: Staff was absolutely wonderful. We had to quickly leave 3 days early and they let my daughter get in the room to remove all our belongings. They were very helpful on getting our 3 days .only back. My partner went into Cardiac arrest in Wausau so I could stay with my son.

Although we liked its location,...

Liked: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk attendant was very friendly.
Disliked: Our air conditioner must have been plugged because it smelled like sewer in our room. We had to turn it off. My family stayed near the breakfast area and the staff were banging pots and talking very loudly right outside their room. They didn’t expect to be awoken at 5:00 am.

Disliked: We booked a room with 2 double beds. There were 3 of us. I am assuming this is a room for 4. There were only 2 pods to make coffee I had to return to front desk to get more. Then after returning to the room I realized there were only 2 coffee cups...another trip to the main desk. There was no information in the room on area nicer dining establishments.
