Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable and close to lot's of dining.
Disliked: The curtains didn't work to block the bright lights from outside. Cookie maker was broken, which is always a treat in the evening.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The room was not clean. Astetically not pleasi g cracked walls mold in the bathroom and more. Staff not professional they kept ringing the doorbell the morning of check out. Look i am from oxford i chose to stay here instead of relatives bad decision.

Disliked: Faucet in the bathroom was broken and management was not aware; shower curtain was ripped and water went everywhere; things out of order or out (i.e., pancake machine) really noisy at 4 am as staff got breakfast items ready

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, and very friendly staff. Good place for a short stay.
Disliked: I've stayed here before and it was excellent. The hotel itself is good, but we found bed bugs in our bed this time. We told the staff and they were very quick to resopnd and I believe that they will handle the problem. But, it was still the bed bugs and that ruins everything. They refunded our money and went to work cleaning the room and rooms around it.
