Liked: I love the location and it's clean and well kept.
Disliked: We started off on the wrong foot. I've stayed here twice before, but this time, i was put off by the woman at the front desk. I've never had to deal with her previously, but she's the only woman I've seen working the front desk and has the face full of makeup. Anyway, she took my ID, then asked for my credit card for the authorization charges. When I asked her to explain the charges, she immediately started condescendingly ma'am-ing me. I asked a simple question, no need for the attitude. Then she told me I was being upgraded to a higher floor. I told her thank you. Little did I know 'upgraded' was the room adjacent to the ice machine and some other door that was slammed the entire night. And the dinging elevator all night. I got only 3 hours of sleep. So thank you, ma'am! Anyway, I talked to Ben and he moved me across the hall the next day without a problem. What a world of difference. My issue is that i make a choice to stay at this hotel. I choose to pay more here because I love the location, I feel safe, the rooms are clean, I just really like this place. And i would suggest to Miss Ma'am to save the attitude for a day when she might really need it. Some people just want clarification on things, we're not all looking to fight. Other than that, no complaints about my stay.

Liked: Hotel is close to subway/bus station, restaurant ans some other stores. Staffs are kind and very helpfull. 20 mins walking to Gantry Plaza State Park, Where you can sit and relax while watching the manhattan’s skyline. It is so beautiful. Hotel has a private parking where you don’t have to pay for the type of vehicle you have.

Liked: A lovely hotel for visits to the area. The onsite parking garage simplified our stay and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The provided toiletries were some of the best I have used.Short walk to Queensboro station to access Manhattan quickly and safely.The food served at the hotel is basic hotel fare but there are plentiful options nearby if you are interested in more variety.
