Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Forrest City

Liked: Easy to find and convenient to freeway
Disliked: The tile in the room was absolutely filthy…not what we have experienced in any Holiday Inn Express and we stay in them most often while traveling. Keurig machine no longer in room…you have to ask at front desk for one. The beds are set up super high in this particular hotel…again all the other Holiday Inn Express properties have never had this.

I would stay there again...

Liked: The location was perfect for quick access from freeway especially if tired because of driving. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with great space. Bathroom was extremely roomy as well.
Disliked: I didn't get to enjoy the room very long since I was trying to avoid a severe storm the was approaching.

Liked: Great hotel off the highway. Staff very helpful. Recommend the Old Sawmill cafe for dinner. Home style cooking which was great after eating on the road for 12 days. breakfast at hotel was best we have had in a long time.

Disliked: The breakfast. The waffles were ok. The oatmeal was pasty. The eggs were rubbery and so was the sausage and it was cold.

Holiday Inn Express has really...

Liked: Very clean dining area. Choice and quality of food is like most 2-3 star hotels today. But they did include yummy cinnamon rolls, that I have never experienced anywhere.
Disliked: The people next to us were very loud around 10:00.
