Liked: The check in and night staff was nice especially when night staff went over and beyond trying to find a solution to get us hooked up to WIFI but could not
Disliked: The wifi connection was Horrible! NEVER GOT CONNECTED..Needed to check emails and even with the staff assistance could not get connected. ALSO, at checkout bill was paid using cash which should had released the $168 hold on my card but calling back the location where we stayed we were told even though the billing was paid using cash Holiday Inn Hotel/Suites would still keep a hold on the deposit for up to 5 to 10 days which is NOT fair to guests..We travel a lot and very seldom use Holiday Inn but based on these two issues we'll definitely consider looking elsewhere when choosing other properties for hotel reservation.Thank you.

I really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and very quiet

Liked: Was very quiet. Was very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like having to stand and extend my arm and hold remote control at top of TV to change the channel.
