Close to walk of fame
Liked: Very clean and modern. Italian restaurant opposite and a laundrette to do your washing.
Disliked: No lobby area to sit and wait for transport, hotel was under construction so nowhere to sit for breakfast we had to take it to our rooms.

Liked: The location was great. Very close to several attractions.
Disliked: There has to be a way to let potential patrons know that the hotel is under construction. If I had known about all the construction going on, we would not have booked here. The inconvenience was NOT worth the rate we paid. Stay away for now.

Disliked: Too many renovations at once.

Liked: It was a short walk to the metro red line on Hollywood blvd and to Runyon park which has great mountain trails.
Disliked: I was hoping for a typical waffle kind of breakfast but I think the renovations impacted that option.

Liked: Rooms comfortable and recently redone. Very good location.
Disliked: Foyer and breakfast area under renovation. At times only 1 lift was operational.

Value for money
Liked: Location is great, just the right distance to Hollywood Blvd (neither too close nor too far). Very decent breakfast for a continental one. Harmon (receptionist) very helpful.
Disliked: The gym could have been more equipped (weights for example).Lobby under renovation when we were visiting, but that?s just temporary and bad timing for us.
