Great staff; clean room. Overall a nice place, would stay there again.

Disliked: Parking too expensive.

Liked: Location-fantastic. Room-great.
Disliked: Parking should be FREE. Wi-Fi kept prompting me to sign in again and again. Breakfast-dull.

Liked: The location in Hollywood is perfect! The valet service was very good.
Disliked: There is only one washing machine for the entire hotel. We then went to a laundry, which was cheaper and quicker.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Marietta and Veronica at breakfast both are amazing and provide excellent customer care for individual needs. Overall really good breakfast
