It was ok but probably...

Liked: The breakfast was good
Disliked: We got the jacuzzi sweet. As soon as I turned it on there was brown stuff that came out of the jets. The tiles were dirty. I also came in alittle after check in time which was 3pm I think I was there at 320ish pm.. our room wasn’t done which would have been nice if they called us. She said it should be done in 20 mins… I came back over an hour later and it still was not done!!

Liked: Love the staff and breakfast as I am a frequent guest. The bathrooms could be a little more clean as the floors sometimes have other people's hair in the corners but overall the sheets are always exceptionally fresh and new and the staff is extraordinary accommodating.

Liked: Not much except for one employee named Otilia who was leaps and bounds above the negative attitude of the other employees. She was so sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Upon arriving, Sabrina at the front desk checked me in. She was rude and obnoxious, asking me personal questions about my service dog that are prohibited by law. I asked if there's drinking water in the room and her response was, "this is an express motel. We don't supply drinking water." I asked about the ice machine and she was so snotty as if I was bothering her. She should not be working in a customer service position. The parking lot lights weren't working, so it was pitch black, and I was very concerned about my personal safety and the security of my vehicle. One of only two elevators was out of service, making it incredibly difficult and frustrating to bring my luggage to the room. Upon getting to the room, I immediately saw that the carpet was filthy and clearly hadn't been vacuumed. The unknown pubic hair all over the shower and tub was extremely disgusting. Overall, the room left a lot to be desired. The toilet was constantly running and then after a few nights it became backed up. I called the front desk and was told there's no one there to help and I should come down to get a plunger. I went to get the plunger and by the time I returned to my room, the toilet was spraying waste water from top to bottom and the bathroom was quickly becoming flooded. I again called the front desk and was once again told there's no one there to fix the problem! Can you imagine paying money for a room with a broken toilet spewing waste water everywhere and be told there's no one on staff to help or fix the problem??? So at about 11:30pm after an hour of begging for help with the flood, I was told they'd change my room but when I asked for assistance was again told there's no one there to help. I was exhausted by the time I got everything into the new room which wasn't much better in appearance and cleanliness. I can go on but the bottom line is this place is absolutely horrible.
