Liked: Greeted apon arrival and explained the hotel set up. Very friendly, quiet and hospitable. Extra towels brought with in 2 mins with a smile. Buffet style breakfast had more options than most hotels. Best stay in in a hotel in a long time. 10 out of 10!
Disliked: 2nd elevator was down, but it didn't seem to hinder anyone if they were to be in a rush.

Disappointed pet lover

Liked: I enjoyed the location and that they were pet friendly.
Disliked: I was absolutely disappointed in the fees that they charge for a pet that is less than 5 pounds. Once I arrived and checked in, I informed them of I have a pet. They charged 150 dollars that I wasn't aware of. I was aware of an additional charge but not a fee of another night stay. It wasn't worth it. I feel ripped off. The amount of the additional fees should be discussed at the time of booking. That will allow the customer to maybe look else where, if it's too costly. For that reason along I will not be returning there and will advise all who has a pet not to choose that brand hotel.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious. Breakfasts were really good
Disliked: Desk staff seemed very condescending. One elevator was broken, and there were long waits, especially on the weekend. Room keys never worked for more than 1 day
