Terrible

Liked: The location is great , 15 minutes from the park and a straight shot to it
Disliked: First night there was a BED BUG i got bit like 6 times . At almost 1 am I woke up with bites and we found a bed bug. I reported it right away and the person at the desk moved my room my kids were sleeping so i had my wife stay with them while i handled this . So while looking the first new room I checked the beds and one bed had like some blue stains on the sheets so we went to another room. The other room looked fine so we moved our kids ans all out stuff around 3 am. Next day there were ants all over the night stand . Reported it and this is were my frustration came from .I told them I hardly slept the first night so just refund me for the first night because I understand certain things are out of people's control. They were giving me excuses and trying to say but we moved your room etc. Common sense is you're supposed to do that at the very least when you have that situation. After I reported the ants and asked where is the manager I was told he couldn't come because a death in the family. So I said ok I understand i still want to be refunded for the first night and there's alot of ants in the room im in. They offered to put me in the king suite but again tried to avoid refunding the first night . I didn't want to move all my stuff again especially I was there only 2 nights . Finally things got moving when I contacted booking.com and sent all the pictures to them. Worst hotel experience I ever had.

Great value for money

Liked: Their breakfast is great. Their beds are clean and comfortable. They have a microwave available on each room and they offer unlimited coffee.
Disliked: The carpets are noticeably dirty if you walk barefooted, you will see that your feet is too dirty.

Disliked: There were tiny ants that appeared the next morning (we only stayed 1 night and we got in late). We found them crawling all over our clothing and the bed closest to the window. Around 9:40ish, we had housekeeping come knock on our door when we had a do not disturb sign on our door asking when we were leaving so they could get in. We felt extremely rushed to leave at that point. When we were walking to the elevator to leave, we heard the same man that knocked on our door, know on another guests door and then walked in on them. We heard the guests yell at them for walking in. The cleaning staff that was on the floor while we were then leaving, kept starring at us and made all of us EXTREMELY uncomfortable! It seemed like everyone was feeling rushed at that point and flustered as we were all then trying to check out, and check out was supposed to be @11 at the latest. I’ve stayed at SEVERAL holiday inns before, along with lots of other hotels and I’ve NEVER had this bad of an experience before so I’m EXTREMELY disappointed. This location can do better!!

Liked: The food was nasty and un cooked and didn’t come out on time.
Disliked: The rooms were smelly the staff was rude and unresponsive and unreliable they barley wanted to help or assist you, the toilet in our bathroom got clogged twice and it took house keeping forever to come.

Probably will not stay here...

Liked: The maid service was great and very accommodating
Disliked: The front desk staff was ok. I am still waiting for a receipt. I even called twice asking for it. Also, our room had ants. The towels and wash cloths were stained.

Out dated bathroom disgusting linen

Liked: Nothing to like
Disliked: My mattress pad had old blood on it. Showed staff took off, took my phone number down last Wednesday. Haven’t heard anything back. Called on 8-12-25 still nobody available to talk to me. Bathroom was old rusty caulk coming out. Comforted was nasty do not stay please!
